Yes, Our app lets you select from a range of fabrics, colors, embroidery patterns, and embellishment options.

Select “Custom Measurements" when ordering, then enter your exact measurements following our step-by-step guide.

Unfortunately not — but you can browse our inspiration gallery and get inspired before bringing your vision to life. 

Alterations after delivery are not supported. Please make sure to enter your correct measurements before confirming your order.

We aim for accurate color representation, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Custom abayas usually take 4-5 business days to design, curate, and deliver.

Currently, we do not ship worldwide. We are working on providing this service soon.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible to update your details.

Express delivery is available.

Returns are generally not accepted, as each abaya is custom made. Unless there’s a defect or error in your order.

Exchanges are not permitted. For custom orders, we recommend submitting accurate measurements.

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange for it to be corrected.

If the issue is our error (wrong size, defect, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

Absolutely — we use encrypted payment gateways to ensure your details remain safe and confidential.

Cash on delivery is available. This option will appear at checkout.
